I applied in-person. I interviewed at Thompson Hotels (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
3 rounds, but at a period when there were 3 managers. Smooth, basic questions on hospitality. Behaviorial questions as well. All three within a 30-45 min span. Was not overwhelming but caught by surprise.
Simple, met with two individuals. Asked basic questions and felt like more of a get to know you more than anything. Didnât end up hearing back from them. The overall ambiance of the hotel gave off high-end vibes only
It consisted of a practical assessment, a panel of behavioural questions and service scenarios. The interview was conducted by the head bartender, F & B Director and the Bars Manager.
