My interview experience with Thomas Cuisine was outstanding—one of the best I’ve had in the last decade. From the start, Melanie did a fantastic job preparing me for each step, keeping me informed, and ensuring clear communication throughout the process. I completed three interviews: a phone screen with Melanie, a second interview with the hiring manager and Melanie, and a final conversation with peers on the team.
