I was referred by a friend to an employee who works there.
Initial phone screening/interview with SVP to get a feel for who I was and if I would be a good fit.
On-site one on one interviews with 4 employees. Each person had their own interview style ranging from technical to personality driven.

Nothing really stood out. Typical PM interview questions like dealing with difficult customers, managing expectations, etc.
