I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ThirtyThree in Apr 2025
Interview
I interviewed for an Account Manager role at ThirtyThree and was initially excited about the opportunity. I put a lot of time and effort into preparing, researched the agency’s work in employer branding, and came to the interview genuinely enthusiastic and well-informed.
The interview itself was fairly standard. The two interviewers were polite, though the energy felt quite flat. The conversation didn’t dive very deeply into my experience, and at times it felt like they weren’t fully engaged.
What shocked me the most was receiving a rejection email less than 10 minutes after the interview ended. It was a generic message, offering no specific feedback or insight. After investing so much energy in the process, it left me feeling dismissed and wondering whether the decision had been made before I even joined the call.
This kind of treatment is disappointing from any company—but especially from an agency that specialises in employer branding and candidate experience. If you’re positioning yourself as a leader in this space, the way you treat candidates should reflect the values you sell to clients. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here.
