It was a casual phone call where they asked basic questions. It lasted probably around 20 minutes and seemed like it was more of them trying to get to know you as a person.

Interview
Casual, friendly, easy. They are looking for personable, interested, hardworking candidates who are interested in music. The interviewer was very nice and friendly. The conversation flowed well. I wasn't intimidated at all during the process. It was a phone interview, although they do prefer in-person interviews, usually. I was not in the Nashville area, so this wasn't possible at the time.
