ThirdChannel interview questions

zoom call 30 min very easy and straight forward, the interviewer was very upfront that the job was not intended to be a full time position.15 dollars an hour and flexible hours

It was a virtual group interview with 5 other candidates all over the US for the same brand. The interviewer was so nice and friendly! However, I can agree with another poster that they seem to be judging based on a "certain look". In the follow-up email they don't want to say "rejected" so instead they send this message: "We appreciate your time and patience as we review all candidates. We'll be in touch soon if you're selected to fill the position. If not, we'll keep you on our waitlist for future opportunities with all of our ThirdChannel brands." It really soured me on ThirdChannel and I would have preferred a basic rejection rather than a bogus "wait list".
