competency questions around ability to take initiative, ability to argue for the merits of a person, ability to understand an industry/market. Recruiters said they look for coachability (demonstrate that you can follow rules and admit mistakes).

Why Third Bridge? Why this job? What is a value chain and why is it important for investment research?
Good, not that hard.
The interview lasted for twenty to twenty five minutes and was fairly generic. I got cleared for second round of interviews but apparently the role closed down so I had to move on from it.
Good experience with the process. The communication was very clear and quick respons. You also get in advance a lot of information about what the interview is going to be focusing on.

Tell me about a time you had to handle a difficult client
generally chill interview with a fair amount of interview questions. The interviewers and the HR were very nice and engaging, and the interview felt like a smooth conversation. Overall really enjoyed the process and the people seemed very welcoming.
