Submitted my CV and within 24 hours I received a phone call back to schedule a telephone interview. Really friendly initially. Advice- I would read through all the example questions posted and prepare those as they clearly ask the same questions every time. The actual interview wasn't great, very robotic and not a real conversation, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I was then told I would be notified of the outcome and heard nothing for weeks, I had to send a couple of follow up emails. I then received a templated response from a "no-reply" email address. I have read so many frustrated employers who think those applying for jobs are rude when they do not reply to a rejection email but I think to not even bother to reply to my email and just send a generic one out was evident of their lack of effort. Would be embarrassed to work for a company that cannot be bothered to follow up and send out emails from a "no-reply" address so I cannot even acknowledge the response.
