the process was smooth, the interview process involved a telephonic round (to know if the candidate knows about the company) followed by an hr round (20-30 mins). the rest of the round were a case study round and an interview with the managers (i couldnt reach these two rounds.

Question 1
they asked about a situation where i had to manage different priorities. use the STAR method.
3 rounds in total. Interviewers and HR are helpful. There's gonna be a job shadowing at round 2 to assess how you deal with cold call, rejections, etc. The role is heavily client-facing and cold calling/reaching out to expert.
easy case study in depth to make sure you are knowledge and can speak to things. Also included you to do a pitch as if you were talking to your client and selling a expert to them.
In the technical round with Third Bridge, I was given a case that tested how I would approach sourcing experts for a client. The task was to identify three relevant profiles on LinkedIn and clearly explain why each person would be a strong fit for the project.
