Easy and Basic Interview Questions. You will have a 1:1 interview with manager and a phone interview with the District Manager. If you get selected, the Documentation starts. It takes 1 week in total and then your training gets started.

Interview
Applied online for a seasonal position, they called right away. I went in and answered a few questions about my previous work experience/history. They asked about my availability and flexibility with my hours as Christmas was their busiest time. I was asked if I was capable of keeping up with a fast paced environment and if I was able to keep up with sales targets.
