They focus on your problem-solving skills and based on your experience how passionate you are to discover more. Very relaxed interview, it was kind of a two way conversation. they also ask you to describe anything you have done related to the position.

Interview was casual and not too stiff or nerve wracking. Easy to schedule and responsive HR staff. I was shown the facility and their products before starting. During the interview, questions were about the role and tasks. I got an off vibe from one of the two interviewers who was making faces at my answers.
