It was very straightforward as the person interviewing me was extremely nice and spent a lot of time going over the company's history and the position I would be working in. My only con to this interview was the fact that there was only one round.

They will discriminated if you are out of work for more than 6 months. You would be better off finding work somewhere else. Too many red flags with organization.
