I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thermatic (Salford, North West England, England) in Apr 2023
Interview
Very simple, more like a casual chat than an interview, made me feel very settled. First a phone call with HR, then an in person interview.
Asking questions about experience and hobbies, they had a copy of my CV with them and went through it with me.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thermatic (Manchester, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
Easy process, not formal more of a conversation getting to know the company and your experience. Took about an hour, was told I’d hear back the following week. A week later recruiter emailed saying they were still interviewing. A week later I followed up - no response. A week later I followed up again - no response. Thought this was very unprofessional to ignore emails. Most companies if you interview with them they will let you know either way even if they won’t be giving you an offer. The staff was very friendly didn’t expect them to ignore emails and not contact candidates.

Interview
Had an initial phone call with their head of HR who was lovely. She explained the role and described the company in amazing detail. She was very passionate about Thermatic and outlined the amazing benefits and career opportunities at Thermatic. After the first phone interview with HR I was then placed into a final interview with two of their directors who made me feel very welcome.
