      Executive Assistant Interview

      Jun 11, 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Yoder Team

      Interview

The process started with a quick 10-15 minute phone interview with Kevin Yoder. Then I was asked to complete an on-line personality/social style test (from the Tony Robbins website). I was invited for an in-person interview with Kevin Yoder, and then called back for in-person interview with the team. It seemed the interview questions slanted more toward the "touchy-feely" questions, and focused less on skills and competencies.

      Question 1

The hardest questions for me are when I have to brag on myself - what is your biggest contribution in your current/last job; how would you benefit our company, etc - but those you can prepare answers. I was stumped with "who are three role models or people you look up to" ... I don't tend to put anyone on a pedestal, so I stumbled through that question.
