Interview with the Aquatics Director. I applied with a copy of the application. After I did this I waited a day and the Aquatics Director called me up. She is very friendly and I would applaud her for her efforts. Really great person with a great heart.

How would you describe how the YMCA's "Core Values" relates to your life?
very good. good people there who work there and i like to work there because it is very fun being outside and talking with good people and free popsicles and the interviewer was nice and respectful and all oof that.
The interview process was overall easy. You just need to have your certifications, you need to pass a breathing test, and you need to pass a swim test. Pretty easy interview.
Swim test and basic questions. Very chill and conversational. Gave me introduction to their different systems and showed me how to change my hours and look for cover. I recommend wilting here!
