I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Boston, MA) in May 2013
Interview
There was a phone interview where many simple questions were asked and a lot of clarification was done. Then there was and a one on one interview where more questions were asked and I was also given the opportunity to ask questions if I had any. The interviewer explained the job and daily tasks that would be required to obtain the position. I was given a tour of the facility and met a few of the staff.
