Interview process was easy, just one round of interviews and they offered the job. The lady running the interviews was very nice and calmed my nerves! Overall it was a nice experience for a part-time job that should be stress free.
Couple of behavioral / skill questions related to the training classes. Know all the types of saves and when to perform them. Also, know how to answer situational changes. 1 short interview with the lead Aquatics director. Offer next day
