Friendly process, the interview seemed average with the questions. They proceeded to explain the company policy and procedure the roles and duties. Filled out an application inperson and waited for a call back.

Average questions, background, personal experience. Experience pertaining to the job.
It was simple and straight forward. Asked about prior experience, strengths, weaknesses and there were a few additional questions that were asked by the interviewer about specific on the job situation.

The interview process was positive, the onboarding process is extensive and took 1-2 months before the start date. You should be communicative and diligent in following up regarding the process.
If i was describing the interview process id say it was very easy as they just ask you personanlity questions and how you would descalate a situation or work in a team enviornment
