The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA)
Interview
The interview process was a basic behavioral interview. Took about 30 minutes. There were questions related to client interaction, previous experience working with children and working in teams. Be prepared to talk about your teaching style, how you have handled difficult students and how you interact with a student's parents.
Simple, informal, tour facilities, check certifications. I had to wait a while for interviewer to be ready to see me but once they were ready, the interview was simple and quick. As long as I passed background checks, I had a job offer.
