Panel interview, they are all put through an interview training. It was a little intimidating but actually I really enjoyed it. It was a chance to get the know the team I was going to work with and a chance to get to know my personality.

Took test, all interview questions revolved around test. Also found out the range of pay was below what I was looking for at interview. Would have liked the range prior to interview.
