First you get a phone call interview. during this you talk about your interests and review the resume you submitted with your application. After that you schedule either an in person or virtual interview. I had a virtual interview. The interview was 15-30 min long. There were about seven questions talking about your experience with children and how you are interested in the job. Then you get an offer to ask questions. After that you discuss your position

What experience do you have leading children in a group setting
It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
Group interview zoom call. Various ping pong style questions. Pretty straight forward asked about how you would fit and what made you stand out. The call was about 15-20 minutes.
Met up with manager in office, got asked a few standard questions, before getting shown around the place. Very standard and simple for any teen looking for a part time job
