The interview process was exceptional! The hiring manger was attentive, and flexible as well as being honest and personable! She will try to work with your schedule, and understands that things come up sometimes, but as long as you communicate with her, she is willing to work something out for you.
It was a panel interview. I think there was only one interview. They asked questions and I was able to get a good understanding of the role and what the job could entail.
Got asked about what 3 items I would take with me on an abandoned island, other than that they asked really long questions about company values and situations where I demonstrated that.
Very easy! You will meet with the leaders of the camp to go over your qualifications and expectations. You will talk about schedules for the summer as well! Be prepared to talk about your experience with kids
