I held a B.S. at the time that I applied; it might make a difference in how the interview was conducted, it might not. It was a very simple interview, lasting a little less than an hour. They asked about previous employment (I had none), why I applied to the Y, specific cleaning questions (see below), and general career goal question. On the whole, very easy; one wouldn't have to prepare very much for this interview unless one possesses a potentially disqualifying element on one's applicaton
