Group interview playing "games" to get to know other workers and to see how you could interact with others especially children.
We got into group and did challenges like drawing imaginary playscapes and then explaining them to other groups -- showed creativity as well as how you could work in a group.
Play a name game where we tried to remember the other names of the interviewees. Don't think they were looking for how well you knew the names although it certainly is helpful if hired.
