Applied online, through my college's job search engine. They got back to me and scheduled an in-person interview. Interview lasted about 30-45 min, where I met with two directors of other school sites. They asked me about my employment history, why I would like to work with children, what hobbies I have, etc. Once they accepted my interview, I went to multiple schools to observe and learn how they do things, and to find which site I would be the best fit.
