The Head and HR were friendly, and the interview process was smooth and comfortable. Based on the discussion, the role appears to be very hands-on, offering good exposure and learning opportunities.
Round one is a phone call with HR, screener, round two is in person, and round three is an online project. Takes a few weeks to go through the whole process.
