The Works Stores interview questions

Relaxing. The application process is cool and HR interview is laid back and it feels more like a conversation. They give you feedback straight away. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it to the second round of interviews due to lack of experience.

Disorganised and chaotic process whereby the venue was changed without notifying candidates. Questions and style were not friendly or warm and it seemed a decision had already been made before I entered the room. I withdrew my application as soon as I left the store as I didn't feel it was the place for me and I felt some of the processes were unprofessional.
