The interview was very organized. My first interview was by phone with a recruiter - very standard. My second round of interviews was a half-day round-robin of structured interviews with multiple people. Their questions were very specific, and I think I had answered 30 questions by the third interview. I appreciate their effort to prioritize ethical hiring practices, but I worry that the answers they expected for each question did not allow diversity of thought and that they had very specific expectations for how each question should be answered. All of my interviews went well and I had good conversations, but unfortunately they never followed up-not even to say I did not get the job. They ghosted me lol
