First interview over the phone, Second interview lasted over 2 hours with 3 different people, (one was in Spanish). Third interview over an hour with HR manager. Overall, with driving I spent about 7 hours of my time to be available, prepared and on time for these interviews. I was told I would get an answer by the end of the week. This was over a month ago. I understand how especially as a start up you are busy, so I emailed, text and called several times, I got ghosted. This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had, absolutely no respect for individuals. I now have a job with a reputable company who respects me and the value I bring to the company. So, I'll call this experience a blessing in disguise. Simple words of advice, treat people the way you'd like to be treated.
