Very moody and blunt recruiter. But doesn't like if you are blunt with him. Was more into talking himself than listening to the other person. There were few good moments though but he came back to his original self soon.
We appreciate the candid feedback. What you describe doesn’t exhibit our values as a company. We’d like to hear more details about the conversation. Feel free to confidentially e-mail us at life@washpost.com.
Other Frontend Developer interview reviews for The Washington Post
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Washington Post (Washington, DC) in Jan 2019
Interview
Was just a single phone call. We talked about some basic culture fit questions and then discussed some technical questions. It was very laid back and my interviewer was a nice guy.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Was asked some basic questions about frontend tool chains, the babel/AST transpiling process and some other things.
