Please review the scenario and describe what steps you would take prior to responding, then include the specific response you would send and indicate a general timeframe for the reply.    Scenario Email: To Whom it May Concern, For my last semester, my grades transferred from Unicorn College and one final grade was incorrect on my transcript. I contacted my old professor to confirm this, and she told me that my final grade was incorrect and that IT was working to fix it in their system. However, they have not yet, so my transcript does not match up with the GPA I entered on my application. Is there anything I should do to confirm my correct GPA?
