It was a quick but relaxing process. I was first contacted by a corporate recruiter and she did a brief "phone screen". Then I was invited into the office for a 1:1 interview. The 1:1 interview was slightly more in depth than the phone interview because I had to talk about my past experiences and how they were relatable to the Account Executive position. Later that evening was invited for a day of observation. When I attended the day of observation interview I was very excited because I got to shadow a top Account Executive. At the end of the day I had a wrap up session with the hiring manager to review my day. The hiring manager said that someone would contact me with in the next 12 to 48 hrs with the final decision.
