only had one interview and I already passed the application. (I was shocked because based on their website, there's supposed to be a 2nd interview) it was held via zoom. they don't have their cam open. (even during trainings) typical interview questions. they also asked about my equipment since it's a WFH job. after the interview, they already informed me about the next steps and instructions to complete my application. then they asked me if I have any questions and also asked for my feedback about the interview. I told them that I had difficulty hearing them because they were speaking so quickly and due to them speaking so fast, their mic also catches the sound of their breath making it hard for me to understand what they were saying. I think the interviewer was not happy with what I said because they replied that maybe I should get a better headset because they've been using theirs for a long time now and that they never had any problems with it. it made me regret giving feedback. I usually just keep my mouth shut to finish the call already but since I'm trying to be more vocal and expressive, I still pushed myself to say that. it was true though. there were times that I asked them to repeat what they said because I didn't hear it clearly. about my headset, it's a good decent headset. I just bought it a few months ago. (worth almost Php1000) it's working properly and everything works and sounds fine so I don't think that there's something wrong with my equipment. anyway, when the call ended, they messaged me that I only have 5 minutes to pass a document that I still had to find so 5 minutes is not enough. failure to accomplish that task would result in getting my application forfeited. looking for that document was really stressful. I don't know why they said that I only have 5 minutes to send it. they didn't even inform me to prepare that document before the interview. also, passing the interview and the whole application process doesn't mean that you're hired. you will have your two-part (one month) training first. (intense. gy shift. not paid.) you should pass both the assessments of those trainings before getting interviewed by real clients. unfortunately, I didn't pass the first assessment despite doing my best.
