I applied two weeks ago. I received a message stating that my interview would take place at 9 pm ARG on December 8th. I was asked to login 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. I was asked to confirm my presence, which i did and then didn't hear anything else. On the day of the interview, i logged in as requested and had to provide my internet speed, full home address, resume in English and PC specifications. All last minutes. Then my interviewer arrived late, she was interviewing someone else, then she got my name wrong. They had set me up with the wrong name. My interviewer was a robot, there was nothing empathetic in that interview, all read off the script. I was super prepared and confident, she did not even ask me if i had questions, and I HAD questions prepared. Nothing specific about the role, cause i knew she was HR so my question were regarding the recruitment process etc. She told me at the end if I PASS the interview i will get an email in a day or two... i got the email 3 hours after stating i was not selected. I want to point out that the INDEED post and their website stated NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, however the interviewer asked me I had experience in sales, which was never mentioned in the post. Also, getting MY NAME WRONG (not a pronunciation problem, literally wrong: exemple; Matt Lucas, she called me John Meyer (that's not my real name tho) and being late was not aceptable, especially when they are so strict about time and not able to reschedule for different reasons.
