Was sent an interview guide ahead stating structure of the interview. This is split into scenario based questions and roleplay questions. For the former, these are some of the questions asked: - What external factors could be driving the pupil’s behaviour? - What did the tutor do well in this scenario? - If you were the tutor, would you do anything differently? For the roleplay section, I was given a specific question and asked to explain how I would teach it to a few students.

Zoom call - questions included asked to assess a scenario and think about external variables driving student behaviour, and judge tutor’s response. There was also a role play task, with the interviewers pretending to be students, you will be given a subject to teach during the role play.
