I had an in-person interview that consisted of one stage. The overall atmosphere was friendly and professional.
I was asked questions about my background, experience working with a team, and career goals.
There was also a short written test and some basic knowledge questions.
Unfortunately, I did not receive any follow-up or feedback after the interview.

It was relatively standard for government job application interviews in which it was conducted with three separate interviewers and you were presented with questions that you responded to on the job application, There was a test but it was a non graded one.

Back in the day, I interviewed with my direct supervisor and two peer co-workers. Questions were standard but there were exercises on answering reference questions as well as a quiz on Texas history.
