The Steam Team interview questions

I applied through an Internet post with my resume and a brief email response why I wanted to work there. I was called in for an interview with the quality control employee. Everything went well and was called back a couple days later to interview with the GM. Lastly I came back a week later and interviewed with the owner. A couple weeks later I started. I thought that they were serious about who they hire when they wanted three separate interviews and a background check.
