Interview
It was accommodating for Covid-19 restrictions. 1) submitting a resume and cover letter. 2) you are asked to submit a video introducing yourself to the CEO. 3) are asked to join a group interview with other candidates. After step 3, I was given notice that I did not proceed in their hiring process. My experience doing the group interview was surprisingly difficult as they asked technical questions for an entry-level internship. Lisa the CEO also came off as very condescending she said that everyone who got the answers wrong that they failed. In addition, she did ask my group very personal question that is not BFOR which was very invasive to someone's personal life and very inappropriate. I recommend Lisa ask appropriate questions about why these candidates can be an asset to your team. Not if they know the small details of processes.

Question 1
The first question Lisa (CEO) would ask is a technical question of whether or not to fire an employee who is within the prohibition period.
