I had three Interviews, then no response. I followed up but only received a response requesting more time. Nothing came of it. But enjoyed the interviewers. I felt confused after they want no contact,
SpringHill has very friendly and intelligent employees and they do very interesting work. Unfortunately they have a very slow turnaround time in terms of offers, so I had to withdraw from the final round of consideration in order to accept a job offer with an expiration date.

First round super casual get to know you then assigned a case study that was very involved along with a review of their partnerships. Followed by meeting with director and dept vp.

Question 1
First call and case study were straightforward enough. Double booked me for last two calls back to back and I asked if I should prepare to present case study and wasn't given a clear answer and was asked to present in first call. Had to chase HR for an update despite getting a loose verbal offer from dept head. Interview process wasn't too out of the ordinary, just didn't vibe with the team.
