The Sheridan Group interview questions

Phone interview, shadowing interview, discussion of what you are wanting and how the company works. Shadowing involves watching hygienist care for patients for that day assigned. At times you have to find the patient if not in their room. Pulling curtains or closing doors halfway for hipaa privacy. Cleaning the patients mouth either in their bed or wheelchair. Note taking or calling POA before leaving facility. All materials (gloves, gauze, toothbrushes, etc are sent to your house) Sterilizing is done at your house as well. Company pays a set fee by day not by the hour.

Very casual, friendly interview. Started at general chit chat and then followed by some typical interview questions. Super lovely people. I got stuck on a few questions but they helped me along
