Quick and easy. Just know your knowledge of the hospitality world. I was paired with Chad. He’s a sweetheart and seems like an overall hard worker. Great long mile smile and just allowed me to have the floor and speak. Glad I took the job offer

Certain cocktail builds. Like I said, just know your stuff and you’ll do perfectly fine. The interview is fun and you get to explore each bar levels too!

Interview
Be prepared to describe builds of a few classic cocktails. They will ask about prior serving/bartending experience and the amount of volume you have previously worked in to see if you’re a fit for the space.
