Pros: Two very pleasant interviewers - one man and one woman. Con: This is a newly created position and they don't have a clue as to the amount of time certain tasks take. WORSE - I asked the salary range and they said $24-30K plus commissions. The is no way you can do all the tasks the position requires and have time to sell and earn comissions. What a waste of an hour of my professional time.
