I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Ranger Group in May 2022
Interview
Management didn't have a clue on how to run the stores, items on the shelves never have barcodes. Minimum pay not worth it for the work you do. If you’re looking for your first job then yeah I would say it’s alright, but I wouldn’t stay here long
Had 2 rounds of interviews with the company. One initial phone call and one panel interview. Various technical and situational questions were asked. Seems like a good place to work.

Question 1
How many years of experience do you have in recruiting?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Ranger Group (Frisco, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
First round interview was over the phone. The corporate recruiter and I discussed the position at hand and career growth opportunities. Second round interview was in the office. The office is very nice and the few people I met were great. The interview was not overly long or difficult.
