Interview
In person interview with HR and team supervisor, with follow up interview to get to know the team. The interview also required to take a ProScan personality test. Although I was assured it wasn’t used for hiring they definitely review it in detail and your potential team looks at it as well to see if you will be a good addition to the team.

The interview process was straight forward, with the manager I would be working under and then HR for general job questions. I would have liked to have met a few people I was going to work with, and the imediate work I would be starting on.
