Interview
Very informal. Submit an application, was soon contacted, came in and met with the management team + owner for 10-15 minutes, and received an offer within a few days. It was not a stressful experience unless you're deathly afraid of talking to people, in which case bartending may not be a good fit.

It was just a casual conversation. I can't remember the exact details of the conversation, but they were really just screening to see if you can hold a conversation and will be fine to entertain people and provide good service at the bar.
