Turn in your application to the manager at the store of where you are located and want to work. Not on the website. Apply during the summer because that's when management needs workers the most. You meet with the general manager and get asked a few basic informal interview questions and then they tell you that they'll call you. I advise to call the store if you haven't hear anything back 3-4 days. If they do call you back you're basically guaranteed the job.
