Several virtual interviews followed by an in-person assessment day. Very friendly staff and culture of the company made the process feel relaxed and like they wanted to just get to know the applicants rather than strain us.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Private Office (London, England) in Apr 2022

Interview

Interview with Client Service Manager and HR Officer. The meeting started with the manager describing the role; then some competency based questions; then how I would react to various scenarios; then get to know me questions. The interview was then wrapped up with housekeeping and questions from me. Was told that I would have to stay in role for a min of two and half years before I could progress. I had the overall impression the company focuses on hiring graduates and not experienced staff.

Asked me about my previous roles and duties; how I would cope with working for staff younger than myself; asked me how I would deal with a complaints, etc.
