After I applied for the position, I went through three rounds of interviews; the first was a quick 15 minute phone call with an employee in a role similar to the one I applied for, then another phone interview with the person who would be my supervisor the following week. After that, I moved on to round three of the interview a few days later, a Zoom call with one of the company’s higher ups, which was more relaxed and informal so I had the opportunity to learn more about the company’s culture, mission, and priorities. All three of my interviewers were professional, warm, and transparent about the ins and outs of the position which I very much appreciated. I received an offer the next day via phone call, so all in all, the process was simple, clear-cut, and well-conducted!
