Very thorough interview. They seem to take care to ensure that their team members are there for the right reasons, know the garden’s mission & ever growing goals, and with the right skills to ensure the best possible experience for their guests/clientele. The way management discussed their current staff & team members was with gratitude. They seemed respectful of each staff’s personal growth & life balance. Seems like a great organization to want to be a part of.
