There were three interviews all with pairs of different leaders:
First Interview: general Q's on why you're interested in this role, why you think you'd be a good fit, etc.
Second interview: you're given a case study and have 30 min to prepare and then present your proposal, and then they present multiple scenarios of how the situation has changed and how would you respond. you then had an hour to send them a deck with an executive summary of the situation.
Third interview: I remember this being more about personality and to recall specific difficult situations in prior jobs and how you handled it.
I would say overall it wasn't a super hard interview process with the exception of the case study, which is a little nervewracking.
